This week we move forward to Chapter 5: From Adam to Noah. This Chapter traces out the line of Seth. It's got some obvious striking features - like the length of the lives of Adam's descendants. The oldest: Methuselah at 969 years. Then there's Enoch who never died physically. The 'rapture' in Genesis, ha!
Have you ever thought why God took Enoch home via an alternate route? Hmmmm.....
Title: "Enoch Walked With God Then He Was No More"
Text: Genesis 5:1-32
Scripture Reading: 2 Kgs. 2:1-18
Theme: How do we walk in this world, this culture of death, with an Enoch-like relationship? (Not expecting to get home the way he did, of course!)
