Damon was born and raised in Bayonne, NJ. He trusted Christ as his savior in 1984, the summer before his senior year of high school. He began attending and serving in a local Bible-teaching church for the next 33 years, before moving to Hackettstown in 2017. He is forever grateful for the teaching, wisdom, and faithfulness of his two pastors during these decades.

It was at the youth group of their church that Damon met his wife, Sue. They were initially very good friends, but fell deeply in love one year later. They married in 1990 and have been blessed with four incredible children: Christina, Luke, Jonathan, and Stephen, in addition to three wonderful children-in-law: Tom, Rachel, and Amber.

Damon has been a Human Resources professional for over 30 years and worked in multiple industries including: apparel, luxury retail, media, and logistics.  He thoroughly enjoys history, economics, football, coin collecting, and loves good conversations with Sue and his family.

Damon joined the eldership of EBC in March of 2023. He has always had a strong passion for the Gospel, the discipleship of believers, and for God’s people to live victorious lives.
